Set the ceremony time. The day works itself out.
Move the ceremony half an hour and every other time moves with it. You get the running order, a card for guests, and a call sheet for suppliers — three views of one schedule, not three files to keep in step by hand.

What is this worth to you?
Wedding timeline templates sell as paid downloads you type every clock time into, and the guest card is a second file. This works the times out and keeps the three views in step. Payment is not open and the full PDF is yours either way; a number is the only thing that decides whether this gets built out further.
Did you get the result you wanted?
How it works
One anchor, three views
- The ceremony is the only time you set. Preparation is laid out backwards from it, so you find out what time the day actually has to start.
- Everything after runs forwards, with whatever buffer you leave after the ceremony.
- The same schedule prints three ways: the full running order with owners, a card with only what guests need, and a call sheet grouped by supplier.
FAQ
Before you use it
Is this the right order for a wedding?
It is a common one, not a rule. Weddings differ, and every event here can be dropped or re-timed. Nothing prints that you have not agreed to.
My wedding has something that is not on the list.
Add it under Anything else with a rough length and say whether it happens before the ceremony, straight after it, during the drinks, or at the reception. Something during the drinks runs alongside the photographs rather than after them, and if everything in that window no longer fits, the tool says so.
Why does it warn about the drinks reception?
Because the photographs happen during it. If the group and couple photographs take longer than the drinks, your guests are standing about with nothing to do, and that is the most common way a timeline goes wrong on paper.
What if the ceremony and the reception are in different places?
Tick Travel to the reception and give it a realistic length. It moves every guest, not just the couple, so twenty minutes is usually optimistic once people have parked and found the room. If the drinks start before everyone can have arrived, it says so.
Can the names be in Korean?
Yes, on their own or beside Latin ones. Hangul is drawn from a Korean bitmap and Latin from the PDF's own fonts. The guest card leaves Korean names as written rather than raising them to capitals, because Hangul has no case to raise.
Why is the guest card shorter?
Guests do not need durations, owners, or the preparation. It carries only what someone reading it at a table needs.
Is this free?
Yes. This validation version has no payment or account.
Is what I type stored?
No. The schedule is worked out and drawn in this tab. Anonymous usage events and feedback are recorded.
